A Note From The President
Dear Franklin Families,
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at this year’s Bull Roast—it was a truly special evening, and we’re so grateful to each of you who came out to support Franklin Athletics!
Thanks to your generosity and energy, we raised over $6,500. Funds that will go directly toward uniforms, equipment, scholarships, and other vital support for our student-athletes and coaches in the years ahead.
It was wonderful to see about 100 members of our extended Franklin family come together on Friday night. Whether you’re a parent, alum, coach, faculty member, or friend of the program, your presence made the night warm, welcoming, and full of Franklin spirit. The feedback about the venue, food, games, and—most importantly—the chance to connect or reconnect with one another has been overwhelmingly positive.
We owe a huge thank you to our wonderful Planning Committee—Jake and Corey Dell, Maria Powers, Amy Houser, Sandy White, Allyson Weinstein, Lisa and Scott Landsman for bringing this event to life.
Special thanks to:
• Upperco Volunteer Fire Company - for providing such a great space and being so accommodating.
• Outlaw Barbecue for the delicious food.
• FHS Staff and Coaches - your attendance, support, and organization of team baskets for the raffle portion of the evening was AMAZING and a key factor to the success of this event.
As I shared at the event, many hands make light work. The Franklin Athletic Boosters is a powerful organization that makes a real difference for our students and coaches—but it only continues with your help. Thank you again for being part of what makes Franklin High School—and its athletic community—so special.
With much appreciation,
Kaycee Wright
